Which personal data do we process and why?

If you contact us, we require your name, address, phone number, and email address for the purpose of conducting the quotation and sales process. These are necessary pieces of information for us to complete a potential transaction and to look up your information if you visit us again.

Following a completed transaction, you will receive an invoice from us. We are legally obligated to retain this information for the purposes of accounting, tax handling, and warranty services.

If you order installation through us, pictures of the fully assembled kitchen are sent from the installer to our office. This is done to document that the kitchen has been set up according to our guidelines. We retain these pictures for a period of 5 years, as they may be useful in the event of a warranty claim.

If you participate in customer events or activities organized by Hamran, you may be required to provide your name, phone number, and email address during registration and for participation in any contests. Providing this information is voluntary, and you will not receive targeted advertising unless you actively consent to it during registration. If you do not consent, any personal information received will be deleted immediately after the activity is completed.

We receive personal information that you choose to make public on social media. For example, we may collect information from your social media profile if you make a public post about us or mention us.

As soon as the timeframes in points (1), (2), and (3) above, to the extent they apply, have expired, we will either:
